Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the regional sales strategy for France, focusing on large, global acting brands  
  • Supporting sales activities in Belgium, focus on EU institutional accounts  
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in both public and private sectors  
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers, procurement teams, and senior stakeholders  
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and closing  
  • Monitor tenders, framework agreements, and procurement opportunities relevant to the company’s portfolio  
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product and delivery teams to create tailored customer solutions  
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking activities  
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management and CRM documentation  
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities  
  • Ensure achievement of revenue targets and strategic business objectives  

What Sets You Apart

  • You have a solid commercial background or a completed degreee, for example in business administration, as well as several years of professional experience in a similar position
  • This demanding role requires a assertive, results-driven and experienced sales professional. Your proven track record in recent years demonstrates that you are highly effective at closing deals and successfully selling complex, explanation-intensive products and services
  • You understand how to navigate multicultural environments and complex stakeholder structures
  • You are comfortable operating at executive level, building trust with institutional clientes and driving sustainable business growth across European markets
  • As a personable and communicative individual, you enjoy delivering presentations in a confident and persuasive manner, in excellent French and fluent English
  • Proficiency in Dutch and/or German would be considered in advantage
