Job description

 

  • Responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving UNICEPTA growth in Belgium and France
  • Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities, ensuring a robust sales pipeline
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, partners, and existing customer
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including media analysis consultants, to create tailored, value-driven proposals and solutions
  • Represent our company at relevant Brussels-based events, seminars, and conferences to increase visibility and drive market engagement

Your profile

  • At least 5 years of proven business development or consultative sales experience, ideally selling services to European institutions, political organizations, or international public sector clients
  • Established professional network and demonstrable success in developing new business within Brussels’ political and institutional landscape
  • Solid understanding of EU institutional structures, decision-making processes, and procurement practices
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales processes and meet ambitious revenue targets
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to clearly articulate our services' value to diverse stakeholders 
  • Fluent written and spoken English; proficiency in additional EU languages, especially French or German, is highly desirable
